Wisconsin has never to my knowledge had a Top 15 recruiting class. Our model seems to fly in the face of popular opinion.

You guys dont need top classes witht great system and coaches, but i dont think youre nearing elite until you start locking down national recruits or win a playoff game

Nearing elite is getting to those championship game. Winning them will move us into the elite. We have been to 5 of the 7 B1G Ten Championship games. We won twice, which is just as many as Ohio State has won.

Our OOC looks like trash again next year but our conference schedule is a lot tougher. Iowa, Northwestern, Michigan and Penn St all on the road. Predicting 11-1 and meeting you guys again in the CCG. Can't wait.

No doubt UM had issues for the past decade — we had 4 different coaches and can’t seem to find a QB. The difference is — UM will bring in the top 5, top 10 classes and will eventually find one. Wisconsin will not and never will.

I think people fail to appreciate the job Ferentz has done at Iowa. 5 top 10s in the last 15 years and a 2 tine national coach of the year. And he's probably the 5th or 6th best coach in the league. Gotta be B10 although SEC is good too imo
