bama got rewarded with a horrible schedule. I dont care what your biased, opinion based, sos ratings say.

When a school plays an 8 game conference schedule.And plays an extra FCS game in its place.SOS is relative.By doing so said conference.Is replacing guaranteed conference losses.Which effects both bowl eligibility and SOS based on conference win loss.Fun fact last time Alabama played a schedule without an FCS team in November.they dropped their bowl game against Utah.I'm not sure they've won without a Neutral site opener and November FCS opponents and byes before rivalry games.I don't buy the SOS simple fact is UCF is an undefeated conference champion.With a win over the same Auburn team that defeated both UGA and Alabama.They have every right to claim a national championship.As this bowl season has provided a clear example of why expansion is a necessity if we want a true champion.Too much opinion and human error.

This is not like Boise St when the beat a good team in teh regular season. A Boise St team back in the day could have made the playoffs - UCF is more like Marshall a few years ago.

But you are right, Boise beat good teams every year during their runs: Oregon the year they went to the Rose Bowl, Georgia the year they won the SEC East, and Virginia Tech the year they won the ACC.

It is nice to see you admit something, though, even if it is 8 years late.

Boise was ranked #2 in 2010, but that missed FG in Reno still haunts us. I'll grant that Boise hasn't been quite like it was 2006-2010. But the best record in d-1 football this century, 15 bowl appearances in a row, 14 of last 17 seasons 10 wins or more, and being ranked every year since 2002, is a bit more than shit. Most schools would kill to do shit like that.
