That was after he was drafted. As I said before...I don't think he's that much of a douchebag, but it wouldn't surprise me at all to hear of him doing something a year from now that was equally as stupid as the example you gave. I could argue that him drunkenly trying to run from the police on foot is stupider than JM getting caught in a picture rolling up a dollar bill.

you COULD argue it, but in the world of public perception, you'd be wrong. busted with coke>>>>>>>drunken antics with cops.

Noooooo, they left because of the money Texas was getting from ESPN for the Longhorn network.

mostly because Texas wouldn't commit to the conference. They were openly spreading their legs for the Pac 10, along with Oklahoma. That's when MU said "fuck it" and decided to look out for themselves.

If the Pac 10 had been OK with that shitty Longhorn Network, the Big 12 would be gone.

you can disagree, but you would be wrong.

I'd take a picture with no drugs in it but a rolled up dollar bill over a public intox/disorderly conduct/resisting arrest charges any day.

And Nebraska couldn't deal with Texas thinking they ran the conference. So they left too.

Like I said, the teams got pissed because of the money ESPN was willing to pay Texas instead of them giving that up for a Big 12 network. YOU can disagree but YOU are wrong and naive as hell if you don't think it was about the money Texas was getting and unwilling to share. Plain and simple.

of course it was partially about money

also about their loyalty to the conference.

fuck texas. they destroyed a once great conference with their arrogance.

It was all about money. If Texas had been willing to give it up and split third tier money equally, only Nebraska and Colorado would have left. You are 100% right about Nebraska. It was all about Texas and not the money. Colorado just wanted the west coast.

Welp....if there are enough pussified Heisman voters out there, he may lose the trophy for grabbing his dick in anger at a guy who cheap shotted him.

Gotta love ESPN, eh guise?

That's just Baker. Voters should be surprised by it. If they are, they haven't been paying attention.

You remind me of that bitchy little girlfriend I had in High School.

I bet you give lousy handjobs too, just like she did.

KU started the day off by taunting Mayfield. They took a few really cheap shots at him. The fans were talking shit to him. Should Baker have ignored it all? Perhaps. The reality is, in football, KU has nothing to live for, other than an occasional upset. Nothing to lose, so why not try to take the Heisman leading candidate and best QB in the country out of the game? If your team was shit, wouldn't you? They threw the bait out there, and Baker bit. As most know, he has this huge chip on his shoulder. He feeds on adversity, and it generally pays off for he and OU. The bigger the stage.....the better he performs. He plays up to the competition, but also OU plays down to the competition(thus sucking against the likes of a BU or KU).

If one looks at the score, OU routed KU, but we looked like shit for a good part of the game. KU was able to move at will against our D. If they could catch a ball, either on O or D, would've been a game. OU was impotent on the ground or the air(one can say wind was a factor, but KU was much more accurate than Baker until the 2nd half if only they could catch the damn ball). Whatever it was that spurred Mayfield to start his career as a rapper, woke them up and Baker started throwing the rock the way he normally does. Most likely, he will apologize, and just like politicians that can fuck children or do anything else they want, in a week or two, it will all be history.

Naturally, OU fans will see things differently than those he has punked. Auburn - Sugar Bowl. tOSU at the shoe. The entire B12. In this era, if his actions offend you, then living in the U.S. must be a real tough bitch to live with.

Taunted or not, As a 5th year player, he is probably one ofthe oldest players on the team if not one of the oldest CFB players in the country. Show some maturity, Pops.

Yes, I know I can’t rip on immature QBs. JFF was a douche bag with the money sign and shit, went to the NFL as a RS Sophomore and still hasn’t grown up.

The Mayfield/Manziel comparisons are cute and everything... with one glaring difference. Mayfield can actually throw the football to all parts of the field with the arm to do so efficiently. Manziel never had that ability.

And as far as JFF being taken in the 1st round, let’s not forget who took him... nor forget how many QB’s they have ran through there since.

And for the record - I’m not an OU fan. But I live next door to Oklahoma. I’ve seen a few of their games over the last 50years.
