Had a thought for Hoops, instead of trying to get the bench minutes, let's give them games.
Everyone selects 14 players, two starting 5's with a backcourt and frontcourt backup for each.
Based on 7 game series. 7 players play games 1,3,5 and 7 (if necessary), other 7 play games 2,4 and 6

College football idea...decades draft. First college game had to be within the decade to count for that decade. No restrictions on conferences but they had to play at least one game in Division 1 (FBS or FCS). No Division II or III players unless they played one game Division 1.
