I think Manning deserves huge credit the way he revolutionized the position. The way he controlled the game and was essentially an offensive coordinator playing QB. He is a pioneer in ways no other QB's can claim.

If he didn't have such porous defenses I think he would have won much more.

Just going off of hearsay with that one. But I wouldn't be upset if we switched those two. But since I have seen Brees play with his physical deficiencies I sided with Brees.

For a long time Aaron Rodgers has been labeled as elite but in reality, he has only won 1 Super Bowl and that was with the 2nd best defense in the league and while having many really good to great weapons at wide receiver.

Lately, Rogers has been falling flat on his face and has averaged only 9.5 wins over the last 4 years.

With all of the QB's who have won more than 1 SB you'd think Aaron Rogers would have if he weren't so overrated.

SB wins do go a long way with shaping QB careers...His credentials in addition to his 1 ring speak for themselves so I'm wondering why you think he's overrated.

If it's strictly because he only has one ring you must think Marino, Fouts, Moon, etc. were chopped liver.

You outlined the talent with his SB winning team...#2 overall DEF...They won it last the '10 season, since then they have had DEF ranked, 19th, 11th, 24th. 13th. 12th and 21st last year...of all these seasons if there was one in particular you can point to and say maybe they were the better team and let that one get away...the 2011 season. The DEF ranked 19th that season but a #1 ranked OFC and a 15-1 record.

I'm sure Packer fans are not happy with just the one ring in the Aaron Rodger era, but I don't think they would pin it on Rodgers.
