Great Dayne
I was right even if you believe I was wrong
Feel free to list any of the freshmen from your team you believe will make significant contributions and be game changers based off week one.
1.) Johnathan Taylor 5'11" 215lb rb 4.40 40 time (electric time) and 10.4 100 meter dash.
Dude carried the rock just nine times for 87 yards with a 44 yard run to show some of that elite speed. He had a 15 yard td which he ran into a wall then bounced to the outside and beat the dbs to pay dirt. What impressed me the most was his vision and power. I knew he had great agility and speed but in his first game he always picked the right lane and always fell forward and picked up extra yards after being wrapped up. He looks to have the best season for a freshmen rb since the great dayne. I can see him nothing over 1500 yards and 15 tds.
Loudermilk DE. 6'7. 310lbs. Badgers have crazy depth at the d line but he was fortunate to get some snaps in the second half. He had the only sack of the game on a fast QB and a PD with three tackles. It's scary how athletic he is for his size. He might be a bigger JJ Watt. Immediately after the sack Utah doubled him for the rest of the game. Even though the Badgers are deep I expect this monster to get 50% of the d snaps.
3.) Danny Davis 6'3" 195 lb WR 4 star and second best wr out of Ohio St. For the first time since RW was the QB we actually have some depth at WR. He's listed as the #4 wr and got some time in the second half. Despite having no catches he made his presence known by drawing 2 penalties due to speed and blocking. He literally blocked three players on one play to spring our TE for a TD. I wouldn't be at all sucked if he became the #2 WR this year and makes some OBJ like catches.
