Brady did not destroy any evidence during the initial investigation. He just did not turn over the information the investigator requested. It did play into the decision because of credibility. During the appeal is when Brady gave the information but only because he was using it for his appeal. Brady hired a forensic examiner to review his phone but my understanding is that they did not do a search on the parameters the NFL wanted. Then of course A phone was destroyed and that appeared to be suspect but to be honest it was his right.

And all those Eagles Championships were delicious. All of them. My favorite were the back to back shutouts. Most dominate team ever - The Philadelphia Eagles. No one else can even get close to back to back championship shutouts.

Some judges are notorious for being harder on the side he's going to go with.
