Yeah crazy weather. Yesterday I was having dinner with friends in Manhattan beach and it started pouring rain. Tomorrow we might have to cancel our mens softball game in glendale because at least four guys from our team have houses in the danger zone from the fires in Glendale and Burbank.

Based on Monday nights game at the Rose Bowl, I don't think I'll have a lot to brag on this year....

So I thought, WTF... Why the hell not.... Gonna AG for a change...

In case you missed it.....

Josh Rosen completed 19 of his 26 passes for 292 yards and four touchdowns during the fourth quarter alone, propelling a jaw-dropping 34-point comeback in the final 20 minutes of the game. UCLA stunned Texas A&M 45-44 behind the 491-yard display from Rosen.

That's a decent game's worth of production for a P5 QB playing any SEC team...

Here's the fake spike game winner...

The fake spike sort of worked as there was virtually no pass rush, but Rosen still had to make a beautiful pass to the corner over the top of the defender.

Yep, I doubt this will be the type of game that can change a season. The Bruins' (1-0) run defense looked horrible for much of the game (Not sure why TAMU stopped running the ball in the fourth quarter, especially when their starting QB went out of the game, but God bless 'em. I'm guessing it was probably the same reason Mazzone got the boot out of Westwood, he outsmarted himself)

The Bruins' run offense looked just as bad, the offensive line was terrible but Olorunfunmi looked even worse! I don't think the dude has a single move in his repertoire, when he did have one man to beat, he just barrelled into them and was always stopped at the point of attack. Good God it was ugly.

Oh well, as Wiz said, it's going to be a long season in Westwood, I guess I should smell the roses while I can...

No worries brother, there was an incognito innuendo with the 'smell the roses' comment, but I really don't see this Bruins team derailing anybody chances in the South or North for that matter.

SC remains the huge favorite in the South, and the only team who can beat them in the South is themselves...

If they get derailed, I don't think an SC poster on here will pin a mojo curse on you, because they should all know the South is theirs to lose.

Oh, and that's not to say I'm conceding the Battle of LA, I'm all over the Bruins chances of derailing a playoff run for them Trojans!

That's just how it goes with that game, it's what those two teams do to one another no matter what the records are...

No kidding, my girls woke up and said there was a blood moon so I went outside and it my jeep looked like a some 90 chainsmoker has been sitting on it all night flicking her ash on it.
