I saw him out of the 1st round at times. So depends where you looked. Views on him varied big time. Probably more than any other CB in the 1st. He was a 1-year wonder that was a #2 CB for Ohio State. So people were hesitant of what kind of player he really was. Plus he played a very simplified role in that defense playing mostly press-man the entire year. Very rarely was he ever asked to play zone so about half the teams in league didn't want to touch him since that is what they love to play over half the time.

And Idaho I wish you would stop this crap. You know when the Raiders do something I agree with I have no problem saying it was a good move. I told you before the draft when they took Mack that he would be the best case player for the Raiders and that I was ticked that they ended up getting him. I told you that Cooper was a good player and hey look he is a good player. I said that Gabe Jackson was a good pick and hey he was a good pick. I've told you when I liked their FA moves and when I haven't. I try not to let personal bias get in the way of things.

But you do do that. Im used to it, in truth. Everybody we picked up last year you said they don't fit. Conley don't fit. Everybody we get don't fit, or suddenly can't play ball. And some of that comes from you being a Bronco fan. And i have no problem with it, oh i argue it, but i have no problem with it.. It's adds more drama to the debates as the season gets closer, and well into the season.
You just have to get used to the RAIDERS being under new leadership, with people that know how to build a franchise. The old ways are gone.

And for the record? I said you know football talent and the game. I never said you didn't.. The thing is? I too know a little about the players and the game, and im here to defend the RAIDERS. And that makes for great drama..

So the Ravens snapped up Howard pretty fast, and gave him some more cash. He's an above average RT!
Howard along with Watson can play but they were injured a lot with the RAIDERS.

No key starters for the RAIDERS played, so like it was an up and down game for the RAIDERS.
Some good and some bad like all other teams.

Lynch is a grown man that makes his own decisions just like everybody else does.
The way i see it? He's on the RAIDERS to help them score TDs and win games! And that's what i want when it comes to football.
