Well, here i am in another offseason thread!! There's alot of ways to upgrade the RAIDERS and as the offseason moves along i will post my thoughts on what i think we need.

The RAIDERS had a great year and are now a LEGIT Super Bowl contender moving forward!!
Everybody can see that, that's an easy one to see..

Now we look to add more players that will help in that process?? The RAIDERS are now one of the better destination spots for FAs if we choose to go that way. Reggie pays for good talent and we have the money to spend!!

We also need to see who we want to keep from our own batch of FAs, and we have some pretty good ones imo..
Murray would be a lock to keep, or would he?? Hmmmm
RAIDER scouts have thrown a few names out on who they like in the draft. And i must say i think they would make a great fit.

We also need to see if JDR will make some changes to the coaching staff?! Will he keep them all or let some go if a better name is available?? Hmmmmm
We are adding to a legit SB contender not rebuilding!!

The RAIDERS have the 24 pick in the draft. Alot of good players to be had at that pick!!
Im ready to see some mock drafts from Kiper, McShay and NFLN!!

If the RAIDERS hire Wade Phillips that would break cd heart!! According to him that's the best DC to ever coach the game.

As for me, i would be cool with Phillips if that's what the RAIDERS want to do.. The Chants are getting louder that's for sure. Let's see what JDR wants to do.

Well Raiders fans sounds like good chance the Broncos could be hiring your old OC Musgrave. Any insight into the good or bad that he brings to the table? Seems to have done very well giving the Raiders a top-10 passing and rushing attack this year. Sounds like they also liked Downing but that was before they knew Musgrave would be the one of the two that would be available as at the time of his interview Musgrave was thought to be coming back.

I was surprised the RAIDERS moved on from Musgrave, I think he's pretty good. See the RAIDER offense for prof..
