I absolutely HATE seeing his overweight ass come running out from the bullpen at full speed knowing that he is about to make the situation he enters into exponentially worse.

I know the feeling. Sometimes it's utterly confounding to watch your manager make decisions that you know are wrong, will lead to losing games and then it happens just like you said.

I'm no Heat fan. Not a LeBron fan. But, damn, what an amazing season they had.
66 wins. Second longest win streak in history.
Now, I want you to imagine something crazy. Picture, if you will, the Heat going to the NBA Finals with their 66-16 record. And they end up playing the Lakers and their 45-37 record. And, just imagine, David Stern saying that the Lakers were going to have homecourt advantage!
Would anybody possibly think that would somehow be the right thing to do?
Actually, yes, there is somebody who would agree with that decision.

As a Sox fan, I was subjected to Papeltard's douchebaggery for years. It was somewhat tolerable because he was a pretty great reliever for a while. But now that he's no longer on the Sox, he's very easy to root against.

Showalter's a bit of an ass, though I admit I'm a bit biased. He is a great manager though, I'll give him that.
