He's taken to the number 2 spot in the order very well. He's basically a league average hitter right now, and improving along the way. I can handle average offense with spectacular defense, but I think before long we will see very good offense with spectacular defense. Signing him and Freeman to extensions were the Braves' best off season moves IMO.
