Nope...after Physical Graffiti they were sort of meh to me.....

This to me is the only worthy tune on Presence..

Most of the stuff on those two albums seemed like "B" side stuff, for sure. But in my opinion, even LZ's "B" side stuff is better than most of the schlock out there.

Ya know, 100 generations from now there still won't be anything better than Led Zeppelin...

@Nosferatu I haven't listened to Presence in quite a few years. I'm giving it a youtube spin right now and it really does survive the test of time. I think I like it a little more than years ago.

It's a great album, IMO any album by the greatest band of all time is a damn good album...

Took my 14 year old daughter at the time to see, Celebration Day a few years back. I wasn't all that enthused about going, but she really wanted to see it so I went with her. We both loved it; glad I went.

Agreed. I think Zeppelin's talents were at it's finest hour when they were in that psychedelic rock mode, and No Quarter is truly their best work when it comes to that. All of them were in top form on that song. It's always been my favorite by them. The performance on Song Remains the Same is legendary in it's own right, but there are other live performance recordings that are even better which makes your head spin. It's one of those songs that really defines a point in time of music and cultural history, and also when a band was peaking musically.
