Arizona, Dallas and Tampa Bay are the obvious choices.

Miami might improve. Cleveland...maybe.

I don't know if this is the type of season where you're going to see rookie QBs come in and dominate. The world is weird right now.

Its possible that the teams who will be the most improved will be the ones with the fewest changing parts. Not the most.

Cowboys actually aren't a terrible pick. They lost a lot of close games last year. Their roster took a couple of blows, though.

Does most improved do much though? I mean what a 2 win team becomes a 6-7 win team? The Browns were one of the "most improved" and they won less games last year...fuck you Fat Freddie!!

I mean I think the "most improved" that could make the playoffs is the Colts. I don't expect to see an AFC Championship appearance or anything. Most of those other "most improved" teams I don't think they make the playoffs, Tampa Bay would have the best shot out of those but still...I think they are borderline.

Well, the Bears Defense improved... Too bad the guy responsible for picking up great defensive players, sucks at picking QB's.

The theft of Hopkins alone should put AZ in the top 4

I think the Colts could challenge the AFC. They have the coaching, a top notch Oline and good players on ofc, Rivers is a big upgrade at QB ( although last year went bad, he had arguably one of his best seasons in 18) and the Buckner signing will help that young D. I can see them winning the south and maybe getting to the AFCCG possibly.

I think Washington has a good chance to be greatly improved. A new (respected) HC to come in to inject a new culture, a QB that may take a step or two up, and what looks to be a generational pass rushing talent in Chase Young added to the mix. I'm not saying playoffs right away, but I think they can be competitive.

TB, no close second. Despite a drop-off at QB, that offense is the most loaded I can ever remember. Anything less than a Super Bowl is completely unacceptable.

Going 2.

AFC: Cleveland. I think that Cleveland has limitless talent but they shot themselves in the foot too much; penalties, and had a Dipshit for a coach. I can see them as a heavy WC/division contender.

Honorable mention: Miami and Indy.

NFC: Tampa Bay. Was thinking about Arizona but I don't trust Kenyon Drake or that Defense. I know Tampa is in a tough division but I think that with Brady, Those weapons of Mass Yardage around him turns them into a SB contender. Remember that defense was no slouch last year.

Honorable mention: Arizona.
