born n raised here, been on this rock 39 years...never saw a stretch like that in my life. 4 mega storms in 17 days.More impressive is that 70-80% of it fell in a basically a 30 day period.

at one point, the snow piles along my driveway were over 10 feet high. a basketball hoop was burried.
one storm we got 35 inches here.54 years for me, all up in Manch-Vegas, NH. I've been plowing driveways all 20 years I've been self employed and while we have had winters with more storms and a few with higher snow totals, this February (actually 1/23 to late Feb) was freakin crazy. Pretty much 2 storms per week and none were just dustings.
I'm thankful that we missed the brunt of a couple of those storms and only got 10"-11" instead of the pounding you guys took. I seriously ran out of room to put the snow in many driveways.![]()

one.
ridiculous. thank god baseball (spring) is almost here.
i wont say its over til we hit 70 lolLargest snowfall for us was 16-18" in Manch at the beginning of Feb. Other parts of the state approached 3' on that one. Looks like I might be done making the easy money for the season which will make a couple of my fellow Granite Staters on the Hoop happy.
we got 8 feet here in less than a month brother. meanwhile, where you are...an inch of snow turns your area into the real life walking dead and looting and rioting begins...Boston gets a little snow and they think they won something. How adorable!
thanks. how about sending some texas hotties up here? all of our women are pasty white (or orange if they tan) and they sound like retards in the sack. "Ted" was accurate.Rock That Snow record is 1 that you guys can keep! I will stick to the 5 inches we got that shut down Dallas
No thank you to the snow![]()
I don't live down south anymore but yea they do freak out. If snow is on the forecast there will be lines at gas stations and people desperately grabbing essentials from the grocery store.we got 8 feet here in less than a month brother. meanwhile, where you are...an inch of snow turns your area into the real life walking dead and looting and rioting begins...

Ask anyone from Minnesota about the blizzard of '91. 5 feet on Halloween to start the year off!

we have the blizzard of '78 here. i remember it even tho i was 4 at the time. snowdrifts up to the 2nd story windows. my dad and the other neighborhood men literally did a "day after tomorrow" and tether-snow shoes to the local farm for bread and milk for the other families on our street.
i remember waving goodbye as they left in unison, treading the 2 miles to coopers farm.
you must have gotten lucky. Not mine.
