The issue was Mind Control. When you mind control someone deep in the enemy flanks, it acts like one of your units and immediately pushes the fog of war waaaay back and triggers everything.There are definitely those times where you walk into a hornets nest.
Or how about when you shoot at something that you think is pretty safe and suddenly half the world is alerted to your presence?
3 snipers seems something of a stretch. They don't move and shoot well. 2 together is pretty fun though.
3 snipers was too much but my best grenadier (Philip J Fry) was injured from the previous battle and generally speaking 2/3 of my soldiers who die are rangers so that class was fairly depleted. I could have waited a couple of weeks and had a more balanced squad but figured that Easy could be accomplished any old way.
