WVU takes 2nd road test to Lubbock

Today’s game against TT pits strength vs strength.... weakness vs weakness.

IMO, this will be the stiffest test our defense has taken. TT has a shit defense. Will our offense generate the big plays they’re likely need to earn a ‘W’ today?

Well... I was afraid of that kind of game. I had a feeling our defense would be challenged for the first time this year.

JMO, but Neal really needs to hire an OC. I know he gave that title to the WR coach he hired from PSU, but he ain't the real OC. Neal is calling the plays. And, he can't even get the kids on the field in time to prevent a delay of game. Kids don't know where they should be at the goal line, so he has to take a TO to prevent another delay of game.

We're just a poorly coached team. Undisciplined.

This team is hard to watch. This loss falls squarely on the passing game. Overthrows and drops killed us all night. Hard to win when you get shut out in the 4 th quarter.

Biggest thing to fix right now that you can fix are the penalties....Tony Fields should be running some major stairs this week

Tony Fields is a dirty player. He had that reputation at Zona. He took a cheap shot on the BU WR. He went low on Colombi yesterday. Can't coach that tendency out of him.

I want to know why we passed the ball 50 times yesterday? How was that the plan? And, why weren't we establishing the running game like we had in each and every game this year?

How many delayed draws/RPO plays resulted in Leddie rushing attempts? He had a total of 20 attempts for the game.

Slaton and I were texting during the KU game. I said Sinkfield dances too much. He doesn't trust his eyes, waits too long for holes to open and makes way too many negative plays.

IMO, that is some bad coaching.
