This is a very deep draft and there will be tons of guys drafted in the second round who will be in the league for long periods of time as starters. Since there are only 32 picks some first-round talent will certainly be there in rounds 2 & 3. I know that the sexy selections come in round one and this makes fans focus on that but I wouldn't be so quick to look at WR, OL, and CB early on when I can get really good starter quality talent later. Right now I'm doing my annual evaluation of QB's and will post results later.

If Humphries can return punts then there is still a possibility we could get a WR in the draft. I dont get the Harry trade. Why? There are so many Wr's in this draft. Maybe Harmon is moving to TE. Are we really going to pass on one the Wr's in the draft for Cam Sims?

i would not pass on a wr at all . i want a speed guy like eskridge or felton or either moore . speed like the chiefs

He would have to have a SEASON to justify that. Not saying he can't be the next Bell or Henry but we have more pressing needs,

i think if the skins stay pat at 19 there's going to be a lot of options there (cue captain obvious retorts). If i was a betting man i think the skins trade back a few spots and pick up another 3rd rd pick and take BPA at 23,24, 25

I'm also starting to think we could pull a Bucs and load our defense (add Sherman at FS, draft Parsons, move LC to LB) with our new CB WJIII, Ioannidis coming back, this defense will be tough. Give Fitz 2 more play-makers (WR, TE) both from the draft we can be a tough out each week for sure.

A friend of mine said Richard Sherman would be a liability on 3rd down at FS.

Yeah, I be shocked if they went WR @19 now. I'd actually trade up for Parsons if he makes it into the teens. Just not sure you can justify trading up for a MLB, when JOK should be there @19 and maybe even Cox @51. Everything I've seen says he won't get past Denver.
