At the beginning of the game, Detroit looked pretty sharp and I felt like the game was going to be much like the 3rd period has been. Yet the Pens got the momentum and built up that lead. I have to wonder at this point is fatigue from yesterday's game vs the Rangers playing a factor now. They aren't beating the Wings to the puck like they were earlier.

I have a feeling if the Pens continue to play for a tie they're going to lose. If they can get a surge of energy to generate a forecheck for a while they might just make it that far.
