So - Way was the one performing kickoffs against the Eagles & not Forbath. Both of them appear to not be that great in that area (unless Way just simply had a bad day). If that is a given I would be curious what folks here believe needs to be done in that situation.

Do you cut Forbath & find another PK who is good at both FGs & kickoffs? That may be very difficult given what is left and - as others have maintained - Forbath has been very good at FGs save for the miss on Sunday (and he apparently was hurt). Do you simply continue with Way & see what happens (again perhaps given time he is good in this area).

I don't believe that this there is an easy solution & we have to resist the urge to simply say "Cut this guy & cut that guy". Patience & common sense are needed at this time.

i believe forbath kicked the ball for the return for TD

you are 100% correct , it was way

Lol - I was just about to send a link on this. You are good man - you resolved this issue in a civil manner & admitted that you made a mistake & there was absolutely no name calling in the process.

BTW - the only reason that I know that it was Way was because I was telling some friends that Forbath was doing a terrible job on kickoffs and was reminded that he has not kicked off since week 1.

All the complaints about short kickoffs...it's funny that nobody is really mentioning the problem...coverage.

Here's another idea...kick it really high instead of really deep.

D mostly did its job Raid, we held the Eagles run game to its smallest production this year to date. And Yall have a great running game. Also, Foles did an excellent job not getting sacked and completing passes to Maclin/Matthews. No one can deny how explosive the Eagles O can be...

STs is where we came up truly short in this game. This has been the story for too long, return coverage in particular was awful during the Skins/Eagles game. Part of that falls on the kicks themselves.

Don't disagree that coverage is not a problem. However - most teams don't have to worry about that in most situations since the ball is not returnable. Why not improve in both areas?
