WORST STARTING QB IN THE NCAA RIGHT NOW?

Out of the big conferences who do you believe has the worst starting QB?


I nominate the Badgers QB Joel Stave.

Negatives:
1.) He throws the ball way too low and has more balls batted down in one game than 5'10 midget Russel Wilson did in his career.
2.) Inaccurate: Underthrows wide open WR's by 10 12 yards that could end up in easy TD's.
3.) Locks's into WR's and air mails int's
4.) Holds onto the ball too long
5.) No mobility
6.) Doesn't go through progressions
7.) Low IQ and doesn't know when to change the call
