"How were you able to get hits and runs?"

"Well, facing a shitty pitcher helps"

I love this guy lol. Peek the last sentence.

Noah Syndergaard had a stern postgame message for the Kansas City Royals: If you did not appreciate an up-and-in fastball to free-sweeping Alcides Escobar to open Friday’s game, charge the mound. “I certainly wasn’t trying to hit the guy,” Syndergaard said about the 98 mph pitch, which went to the backstop. “That’s for sure. I just didn’t want him to get too comfortable. If they problem with me throwing inside, they can meet me 60 feet, 60 inches away. I’ve got no problem with that.”

Don't blame Thor. Probably heard about Moose yelling at him calling him a fucking bitch. Thor would turn that guy inside out lol.

Noah Syndergaard on his first pitch of the game that nearly hit Alcides Escobar in the head: “I certainly wasn’t trying to hit the guy, that’s for sure. I just didn’t want him getting too comfortable. If they have a problem with me throwing inside, they can meet me 60 feet, 6 inches away. I’ve got no problem with that.”

METS BREAK THROUGH WITH 4-RUN 6TH
Juan Uribe had a pinch-hit RBI single in his first game in more than a month, while David Wright had a 2-run single and Yoenis Cespedes added a sacrifice fly to extend the Mets' lead over the Royals to 9-3.

Just think, if flashy guy Cespedes had made a better play on game 1's "inside the park homer", it would be the Mets leading the Series 2-1. Cespedes had the best angle on the ball.

The fact that people have a problem with that pitch proves that we are turning into a bunch of pussies

I get the players being mad, with the whole heat of the moment thing, but thats baseball. You have to go inside.

Shut the fuck up, whiny bitches
