Based on what? What have they done to deserve to be ranked? Barely escape a pathetically bad Arkansas team? Or is it those two huge wins over 2-3 Texas St. or a 3-3 FCS team? They have a worse resume than at least 35-40 teams if not more.

At this point in the season I would be comfortable in placing at bet on Bama, OSU, or UGA to beat Clemson right now and I think the likes of OU, Wisc and LSU could hang with them. They have the pieces to be great but they look complacent from last year and not executing like they should. Hoping the UNC game was a wake up call

Look I'm not an aTm apologist but there are 5 teams ranked above them I believe they beat.
