Without Justin, it's certainly Aldon's opportunity to wreak havoc without JSmith's aide.... truth be told, i'll be very disappointed if he didn't get at least 3.....

As an individual, we need Aldon to be a terror alone, he can't play with Justin forever.... unfortunately.... or can he?!??!??! dun dun dunnnnn

I told my wife's friend that our guy needed 3.5 sacks (and explained what a sack was) to break the record, but they might not get it, depending on the opponent, because the goal is to win the game. She asked me, wouldn't getting sacks help you win? I then had to explain that going after a sack that you are not going to get may expose you to some coverage problems and being all about your own stats may lead to not helping out someone else on a block. So, yes, if you could guarantee a sack, it would help more than most anything, but you have to play smart.

All in all, I'm glad she understood my explanation. Some girls are into football, some are well, not.

The Patriots are the team I most root for in the AFC. I admire the way they get things done and their ability to change their game plan each week to counter that week's opponent.
