Under the current format, makes sense to draft one any year you're thinking the main guy at the position isn't your QB of the future because it doesn't hinder you financially like it once did.

I think if Manziel is there at eight he'll be taken. As to the playing in a dome, at least for the next two years, they will be playing outside at the U of MN's stadium. On the upside, the field at TCF Bank stadium is to be modified to heat the ground to keep it a bit softer in December. Doubt that they'll be playing any games there in January.....
