O'Brien doesn't see the field, before or after the snap. He's never going to have the time he needs. He needs coaching. I get the feeling that he's never had a good QB coach work with him on details. He takes so long figuring out what the defense is doing that he rarely gets out of a bad play before the snap. Then after the snap he's like a half second too late seeing things unfold. Stares down his primary. He even swivels his head too slowly. I like that he's laid back, but if he had a little more urgency, his mind would start to pick up the pace too...I would think. Everyone needs adrenaline to kickstart the brain. He's got to get kind of vicious inside his head. Eye of the tiger damnit...EYE OF THE TIGER!
