I was talking about 2010. Re-read the thread Woody. I was talking about beating your asses when you were ranked #1 and overrated as usual.

We beat you in 2003 too, with a much worse team than the one we fielded in 2010. And if we'd played you in 2006 it would have at least been an interesting game. Ask Michigan. they beat us on a bullshit call that ruined a punt return.

I would still take 2005 and maybe 2009 over 2010 in terms of talent.

2003 would have been nice if we had a Sophomore tailback everyone was counting on

As if Wisconsin was ever going to be able to continue beating Ohio State now that Urban Meyer is there....

One of those teams beat an SEC team, the others didn't.

We should have beat Texas in 2005. Bad coaching outdid us. That team was better than 2010 R-Kansas.

2009 Rose Bowl Game champs were no slouches.

Safety play was better than 2010 too. We had Kurt Coleman back there.

Well. Finally. We all agree. 2010 Ohio State wasn't better than 2010 Wisconsin. Thanks.

We weren't ever interested in Golden. Multiple trusted sources have said this.

Names that have emerged as our leading candidates are Mel Tucker, Bob Diaco, Gary Andersen, Joe Rudolph, and Paul Rhodes. Only Tucker has been confirmed interviewed (says he isn't interested "at this time").

Good luck at trying to avoid being the Buffalo Bills of the Rose Bowl. That's all I gotta say.

And 2006 OSU was their best team since 2002. 12 starters from that team have started NFL games. That team was absolutely stacked.

2010 and 2011 Wisconsin were better than any other OSU team since 2002.

Mm....yea, but see Nebraska has nothing to do with this......

Nebraska sucks.

Ohio State doesn't.

Your cynicism isn't contagious though, since we're the ones who shut you down and gave you a case of the blues. That's all I was trying to say.

We couldn't beat Ohio State in the 90s either. Until we did. You have a right to your opinion, but it's completely irrelevant to what will actually happen.

In my opinion Nebraska is 4 years away from being Minnesota. Will it actually happen? Maybe.......

Nebraska won't be Minnesota because their fans won't allow them to be.

They melt down better than any fanbase I've ever seen(I say that with the sincerest respect). I'm confident that empathy won't hit them and they will get back. Not like the 90's but most certainly good enough.

You guys do know that some damn good players played on the 2005 team right?

Go back and watch what that Defense did in 2005

pound for pound. talent for talent. 2005 was the best year since 2002.

I don't really care, to be honest. The point was that unlike JJM, Wisconsin fans and players aren't afraid of Ohio State.

Rhodes? McCarney maybe but not Rhodes. He's already turned down other jobs this fall.

Hawkeyes better fire Ferentz quickly if they wait a shot at Diaco.

Dangit son! Don't you know that Bulimia left Swissconsin fer Ar-kansas so he could be fired in 4 years and then get hired at Iowa. It's all 'bout efficiency and not lookin' like a goon by switchin' schools in the same conference.
