I disagree. While Bowman is a close to great ILB, Willis is a great ILB that teams game plan away from and towards Bowman. Hence why he has more tackles.

i think it's safe to say willis and bowman are 1-2. although the scariest combo was willis and spikes when they were sporting that big club on their hands.

Willis was great without Bowman. Bowman hasn't shown he can be great without Willis.
