I think we can use better players in the interior line but the Oline played pretty well with low sack numbers through the first 8 games, then Robert's game started to regress and the sack numbers went way up. In the two games Cousins has played he has only been sacked once and that was when the ball was slapped out of his hand and recovered by Atlanta.

The offense is rated No. 9 overall and No. 5 rushing in the NFL.

When was the last time that the league reception leader did not make the pro bowl? does anybody have that info? Garcon had a strong case over Bryant. Garcon led in rec and yards but Bryant had the TD's.

Low amount of TDs (5) and lower than most guys picked yards per catch average on a 3-12 team. That's my guess anyhow.

That's a good point. I kinda wonder after the season they've had if some of our probowl caliber players don't care as much that they weren't selected. Let the last game be played, pack their bags and forget about the season (and football) for a while.

Dez is a game changer.....sadly, Garcon is not. The reputation that you have among your peers matters. Think of it this way if you were going to start a team and talent was the only thing that mattered, which would you choose???

BTW: if you select Garcon then you stand in total opposition to the rest of the NFL, players, GM's, HC's (Shanahan excepted I think) and media types.

I don't think that he got snubbed....I just think that when it came down to it the voters could not imagine selecting him over the choices made. Getting that alternate vote is a tribute to the season that he had.

Are you high? He had the greatest receiving season in Redskins history! Get out of here with your game changing, no other coach or peers BS! The guy got snubbed because the team stinks! I would go on record to say Garcon had the BEST season of any Redskin including Williams. Guy catches almost everything and carried the team at times.

That is the biggest line of Crap I have seen...I am sick of people dissing Garcon like that.....He put up great numbers.....Better then any other #1 receiver out there....Sure his TDs were down....but that wasnt his fault.....lets see...the skins get alot fo ruching TDS alos...some of those #1's you speak of have no running game and their QB throws it 50 times a gmae, and still these #1 guys couldnt catch more balls then he did....He did everything a #1 should do.....he made the easy catchs, and he sure as hell had his share of 1 handed grabs...hell even caught 1 or 2 when he was on his ass....

Garcon not a #1....That is funny stuff...thanks for the early morning chuckle!!!

I have to respectfully disagree. Is he Calvin Johnson? No. Perhaps that is your benchmark for being a number 1.
