He hasn't shown me that he's that guy yet......I need to see him making more NFL level throws, and showing more leadership.

The QB position at the NFL level is mostly about decision making. I haven't seen that from Darnold yet.

In crunch time he has often excelled. I have seen plenty of NFL style throws from him.
As far as the leadership stuff, that is extremely difficult to gauge, so no doubt it is a valid question.

He has a few too many picks this year, but let's see how he does the rest of the year.

Well, teams passed on Rodgers because of Jeff Tedfords QB's history in the NFL. I hope my team doesn't weigh past TEAM history all that much when evaluating players.
