Theodore had a good season last year. I'm happy for him that he found a place to continue playing and sad he won't be back with the Caps this year, though I completely understand why they didn't bring him back. Despite losing a child and despite knowing he was probably gone at the end of the season, he was incredibly positive and focused last year. He'll be a solid backup to Backstrom. Good luck, Theo!

I agree with everything you said eloco...except that I'm not sad he isn't returning. His time in DC was up. I wish him nothing but the best.

Theo was always classy as a Capital and I respect the way he carried himself through serious times of adversity. On the other hand.... It's definitely time to let the kids play! I've been waiting for this ever since we drafted them! I feel confident with either of them between the pipes.
I've had a busy summer...occasionally, I would peek on here and see what was going on, but just didn't post too often. I'm sure I'll have plenty of opinions now that the boys are back in action!! Thanks.
