Tomlin is one of the biggest fraud coaches of all time. Took over a SBOWL ready team from Cowher... great ownership complete with a HOF QB, tons of talent on defense/OL/RB/WR..... everything successful for a coach to win Super Bowl over Super Bowl and he never did it. He has rarely ever had control of his locker room, and has let the ownership supplement him with HOF/All Pro caliber players that he has zero clue how to utilize once they actually get into the playoffs. Not to mention ever since the Baltimore stupid skip the guy is just a complete douche with that little cheater smile.

Most overrated coach in the NFL. Can't believe people actually sing his praise.
