Everyone thinking this guy is the next great thing to come into the AQ coaching ranks. He has had the blessing of having a QB for about 10 years under his system and he looks good. I see him becoming a flop if and when he takes a bigger school against better competition. For examples see Dan Hawkins.

Define "everyone".

Provide links as well.

if you use twitter you see all these columnists all over with excitement that ASU and Texas AM are in talks or trying to get Sumlin. They tried to hype the PAC getting Sumlin is almost as big as the PAC getting Leach or Peterson. I think he is nowhere near those two coaches.

Sumlin has coached under Bob Stoops and is very well respected. He and Art Briles will be the next big coach's.

I don't get it either.

The guy wins with talent Briles recruited. I can't name a single player he's recruited that's any good. When Keenum was out, they sucked. He's never even won the CUSA conference!

I kind of hope Aggy hires him, because they will suck ass with his offense in the SEC

Didn't he lead Houston to 3 wins without Keenum? If so, I'm on the bandwagon.
