Why is Bo not talking?

At first glance this just seemed stupid and I expected to at some point today hear a quote of Bo dismissing this. But why has he not said anything????

If he is not considering the job he should come out and say so if for no other reason than recruiting.

I thought he did.. He said there's nothing to comment on. Usually the classy thing to do is squash this shit completely right away out of respect for your players, the fans, and lastly recruits.

He did kinda just tip-toe around the subject though by saying he wouldn't comment. That is kinda just like Stoops last year when he said he wouldn't comment about him looking outside of OU and then he went and talked to Notre Dame.

I do wish he would have just said "no, I'm not looking at Miami".........that would have made it pretty clear.

Well that could be an issue. But needs to make a clear comment if he is not interested. The quote he gave the world herald and Journal star was not a clear comment.

Miami is a big step down, sure they are in a hot bed of recruits but they have bad facilities and will always loose recruits to Florida and FSU.

I want a coach who wants to be here.

I really really doubt Bo would take a step back and go to a program that really is in the shitter, and take a pay cut to do so............at the same time though, Miami has said they want a younger coach with attitude and a defensive mind. If Bo does indeed interview for that job, I'll bet my ass they offer him............I just doubt he would end up leaving Nebraska.

If he even interviews it concerns me. We need someone committed to Nebraska. I don't think he will end up in Miami but I am sure they would love to have him, I am just worried this means he is open to talking about other job offers. I always figured if OSU called he would leave but I thought anything else he would be at NU for the long haul.

I know it, but I don't think they're gonna come out on national tv and report it if there's not truth behind it. They could have also reported that Bo Pelini said it isn't true, but they didn't
