Some friends of mine from a former workplace were on a business trip to Chicago, and they had gotten some front row seats on the end boards, through Brian Burke.
Well, Bertuzzi crushed some dude on the end boards during the game, and my buddy's beer went all over the place.

So he sent a letter to Burke thanking him for the tickets, but explaining the situation (n a very humourous fashion, how he faced embarrassment with wet pants on a cold Chicago night, etc), and asked for reimbursement for the beer from either Burke or Bertuzzi.

Burke sent a letter back, eloquently tearing this guy three ways from Sunday for being stupid enough to leave his beer on the boards. I wish I remembered the wording, it was priceless. Enclosed was an autographed picture of Bertuzzi.

The letter and pic are currently framed in my buddy's office.
