I would replace Matt Paradis with Leary name if I was the bean counter ...

Marshal I would cut he slow and now missing time . Replace with speed.

Leary is not the brains of our OL . Matt Paradis is a Coach on the field and a leader. if he passes a physical pay him . I would not do anything till his leg is fully healed.

Turner I am hoping is our starting RT.

Shelby I am hoping they pay him long term but Elway has been patient.

Sanders is an interesting decision that has to be made. Maybe a post June 1st cut. That allows us to see what Sanders is at in his recovery, and allows the dead money to spread out.

Zach Kerr is a good depth guy, but replaceable.

I hope we keep Matt Paradis as he is one of the few leaders on Offense. With Sanders and Keenum's futures in doubt I think his leadership maybe more important for the Offensive side of the ball then his play at C where he is one of the best.

Paradis we shall see. The two sides are very far apart but the Combine will be the big test to see if Paradis' side is willing to come back to the negotiating table.

Beyond him my guess is they will make an offer to Peko, Kerr, Turner, and maybe Veldheer. Turner is one I think they will make a hard push to keep on the team with his versatility he brings to the OL and high upside.

If you look at how Vic runs his defense he seems to like CB's that offer versatility. He covets intelligence over anything else which allows him to run his Zone to Man scheme in the secondary. He has shown though that he is willing to have his corners do different things to put them in the best position to be successful. Last year is a great example with the Bears where he had one Corner playing a lot more zone on one side and the other playing a ton of man. He mixed and matched to make it work.

As for CB and All-Pro it is weird but there seems to be a crazy mix of either 1st round or Undrafted guys being the ones who win All-Pro.

This past season all of the CB's for the 1st team were 1st round picks and only 1 on the 2nd team was a 2nd round pick.
The year before that the guys who made 1st team were both 1st round picks and the 2nd team guys were either 2nd round or undrafted

2016 1st team both 1st round
2nd team Undrafted in Malcom Butler and 2nd round pick in CAsey Hayward.

2015 is all over the board. 5th round in Josh Norman and 1st round in Patrick Peterson.
2nd team had Sherman in the 5th round, Peters in the 1st, and of course Harris undrafted.

2014 had Sherman and Revis for 1st team then 2 undrafted guys in Harris and Grimes for the 2nd team

Has anyone got an Idea what Paradis will be making? Steelers got nervous of us pouncing on there Center and poney up!
BREAKING: The Steelers have signed Maurkice Pouncey to a 3-year deal worth $11 million per year according to @AdamSchefter

The bills are wanting Paradis but he will go get his best offer and give Broncos a Chance to match.

I also saw something about Yew York earlier .

He is rated the best OL in FA and listed top 15th in the FA pool

I have not read that he is completely healthy so I wonder if he passes a physical?

My guess $10.5M a year.
