Id have to disect a little better but I would have Isaiah McKenzie on as a PR. Not surr we keep 4 TE’s and 5 S’s. Patrick may have done enough to make team but he doesn’t play special teams so might be a PS stash. McKenzie serves more of a role as a PR.

Adam Jones in, Tramaine Brock out imo. That signing hurt Brock the most imo because Yiadom is there to learn and whike we might be down on Langley as a CB he is our best gunner.

This would be very similar to what I have minus a few spots. I definitely have McKenzie on the roster though.

I would assume so. Anytime you are on the roster bubble as a 4th/6th WR they are going to see if you can make any impact on special teams.

I am expecting Jordan Taylor and Troy Fumagalli to go to IR to be honest. Store Fumagalli as he learns more since he has been injured.

some potential for Sam Jones to IR as well.

Also some talk that Broncos may put Will Parks on IR designated to return after the 53 is set (have to do it that way)

Didn't Parks return to practice? No?

I thought Cravens might make more sense for IR to return although he did return to practice just not sure how healthy he is.

Fumagalli might make sense to potentially bring back later as Jeff Heureman is always getting hurt.

Remember, you can only bring two players back from IR designated to return. That plays a big factor. You have to be selective.

NFL really needs a 6 week IR, IMO. Where anyone can be brought back after going on IR for 6 weeks.

Much like baseball's DL rules.

That would be an interesting one DC. Or maybe a one time Week 10 activation for anyone who starts the year on IR. They can start practicing in Week 8 and have to be put on the active roster for Week 10.

Yeah- I think it is just so odd that the NFL doesn't have more roster room available when players miss 6 plus weeks. I know NFL rosters are big with 53 players but you really need every roster spot you can when the season gets going with all of the injuries in the NFL. For the most injury riddled sport they have the worst injury system, IMO in terms of roster space.

Even a 10 day like Baseball may make sense with the concussions. The rosters are big, but with 22 starters and at least 3 specialist positions the get narrower. Some of the some backup positions do not translate to special teams. I think a larger roster or better injury management is needed. What is the harm in letting teams have 70 players? They have the same cap so signing guys could be problem with the cap.

The latest on Parks was a knee contusion, no major damage to the structure. Joseph expected him back soon as long as no setbacks. He is running on it, not practicing yet. Sounds like the expectation right now is that he won't be out much longer.
