We focus on his wimp arm a lot but it the other 7 players in the lineup were all doing their jobs, we be talking more about his .300 average and 50 SBs (if Ryno would keep him in the lineup).

I agree jvett. His work ethic and .300 average trump his rag arm otherwise he'd be a Triple A regular.
