Artist or band (living or dead) that you would shell out some cabbage to see?

The Clash
Joe Strummer & the Mescaleros
Jane’s Addiction (with Eric Avery)
Prince

The last two I could have seen and passed on, so will forever regret such foolishness.

Past
Prime DLR Van Halen
Prime 70's Aerosmith
Prime 70's Kiss
First 3 albums Def Leppard (eager to get their upcoming Early Years set with early live material)
Jimi/Beatles/Stones (especially with Brian Jones)/Who(with Moon)/Zeppelin/Floyd
Sublime
Dirty Looks
Metallica (with Cliff, hell even early with Dave)
Thin Lizzy
Rory Gallagher (or Taste)

Present
King's X
Living Colour (keep narrowly missing them)
Rival Sons
Jane's Addiction (always willing to see them)
Smashing Pumpkins (always too)

Would love to see a festival of 80s Hard Rock with all the original members and voices intact (this is somewhere between past and present and clearly fantasy, lol).

I paid $90 to see Clapton at the LA Forum on his second-to-last show ever.

That's as high as I go.

Alive & potentially active today.. it's a very short list. Led Zeppelin & Pink Floyd.

Dead &/or out of commission.. too many to mention, but Hendrix would top that list.

The Simon & Garfunkle reunion tour show tix cost a bundle. I don't remember exactly how much. But they were > $100.

I could definitely count on 1 hand who I'd currently go out of my way to pay "premium" $$$ to see live these days.

If we're talking about bands, artists or legends from the past...that list would be pretty varied & rather extensive.

Well, looks like the Stones will likely happen again for me this year. Coming to Buffalo and my brother is already asking.
