Dead &/or out of commission.. too many to mention, but Hendrix would top that list.

The Simon & Garfunkle reunion tour show tix cost a bundle. I don't remember exactly how much. But they were > $100.

I could definitely count on 1 hand who I'd currently go out of my way to pay "premium" $$$ to see live these days.

If we're talking about bands, artists or legends from the past...that list would be pretty varied & rather extensive.
