It's essentially D. Thomas for McCoy. Gotta go with McCoy on that one.

FJax is a lot more valuable than Quick.

I take the Thomas side if you have a player to drop and enough RB depth. Not sure that West will help much, but FJax is a solid RB who should start most weeks.

Looking at this trade blindly assuming 10-12 team league with no more than 4 maximum WRs to start.

i would say the McCoy side is the winner... Best valued player in this trade is McCoy... the rest of the players are not good enough to change that...
