Team A
Morris is a beast. End of story for me. The key in that trade is RB vs WR, IMO. RB wins in my league

Team A by a long shot - Team B now has no every week starting RB and just weakened their QB position (IMO), whereas team A has strengthened all but WR.

Team B would be foolish to do that deal.

1) Giving up your only good RB
2) Weakening you QB position
3) Why give up Rivers, when you have double up pts with both Allen and Gates?

if I'm team A, I dont make any moves unless someone offers me a steal.
looks to be in a great position without moving D Thomas - who should post more typical Peyton WR1 numbers after the bye, imo.

Team A for me in this deal
yet Monkey has a good point

though even with Monkeys wait for a steal i do think you make this trade and then package Rivers and a wr for a stud Wr if a roster cries for such a deal

or even Rivers TE for Graham or Gronk if you can...

Team B has accepted the trade (I'm Team A, btw). Now just waiting on the rest of the league to vote on it. (12 team league, so at least 5 have to vote yes. If it is 5-5, then trade goes through since it was split.

Good luck, that's a sweet trade. Let us know how the vote goes. It'll be interesting to see how the rest of the league feels about it.

I don't particularly like this trade for either side.

B loses at QB and RB.

A loses an elite wr for an RB2 upgrade that is not necessary. Adding Rivers is nice, but again not necessary since he is your backup.

I don't think this deal will kill you, but I don't think it really helps either.

I feel that it stabilizes my RB position. Morris is an RB1 with Cousins at QB. Spiller, Miller and Bradshaw are all in time shares. Miller is only the #1 right now because Moreno is injured. Bradshaw is clearly the best back in Indy, but Richardson continues to get reps. In regards to the WR position, I do lose the multi-TD, 100 yd game potential with the trade of DT but the acquisition of Emmanuel Sanders seems to have really cut into DT's targets. Plus Welker is back now, which means Manning will be spreading it around even more. I get back Wayne who is a very stable WR, who should get me 5-10 points every week guaranteed.

I hope for your sake it works, but IMO, the downgrade you take at WR is greater than the upgrade you get at RB. Morris is outstanding, but he will have a lot of 60-80 yard no TD games because he is a victim of a poor offensive fit.
