I never said it was, all i said was soldier field is about 40% packer fans when the pack and bears play there...

I don't think you understand how percentages work. 40% is four our of ten. I think you mean 4%,which is four out of 100, because Packer fans are nowhere near 40% in Soldier Field, ever.

...and a Detroit loss. It seems pretty farfetched. The Bears will likely be underdogs for all three games (We'll be underdogs in Philly, GB will be favored at home against Pitt, Lions will be favored at home against the G-Men).

Thanks for the clarification... My mind was/is on Bears v. Green Bay.

Pittsburgh will beat Green Bay IMO.

Detroit will lose in Minnesota.

It all hinges on Chicago vs. Philly....Bears win that one, and the division is theirs.

Pack lose to pitt at home?? LMAO, the pack will be favored regardless of whether rodgers comes back.

With no Rogers, I'm taking the Steelers all the way.

The offense may be different but its still the same head cutler has sitting on this shoulders. He can't just forget about all the times he's lost to rodgers. I think there is a bit of an inferiority element for him there idk.

He definitely has struggled vs the Packers.

I would not be SOOO confident on Rodgers though. There is a chance when he does come back, he comes back rusty. That is why I think it is important for the Packers sake that he comes back vs the Steelers. Throw him in there missing 7 and 3 quarters games vs the Bears in our place in that rivalry and you never know.

I saw them on MNF in 2010 (the game Cutler actually beat them) and it was a more surprising amount than I thought it would be. 40 probably is an exaggeration, but you could hear them cheer when the Packers scored.

I would bet everything I own that we get in over your sorry ass team. You barely could beat Cutler on one leg. If the Bears miss the playoffs, it is because Trestman didn't play McCown in that game.

This is the same Pack that just eked out wins over two of the worst teams in the league...Steelers just whooped a pretty good Bengals team.

I dunno...I don't think it won't be anything easy, like you're implying.

Rodgers has been throwing for over a week. It's his non-throwing shoulder. The only rust could be due to timing with receivers, but even that isn't as big of an issue now that the Packers can run the ball. Either way I like the odds vs the Steelers at home.

It'd be pretty cool for another Packers vs Bears game to be so huge. You can bet Rodgers wants some redemption after they cost him like half a season.

Meh, I just don't get the feeling the Steelers will win, but their defense has been good and bad, good and bad all year. Who knows.

You can go ahead and do that but the vast majority of experts who aren't biased won't pick the steelers to win. Also vegas won't pick the steelers to win either. Pittsburgh has nothing to play for and is on the road playing a team with everything to play for.

I've been to one. To say that it is 40% is just crazy exaggeration likely you always see on message boards. Here's a typical fan section in a Bears-Packers game.

10% Packer fans is being kind. 40% is insanely and laughably wrong.

First of all dallas and atl aren't very good but I wouldn't say 2 of the worst teams, they still have good offenses. Also the steelers were playing a division opponent last week and were at home. Its a totally different scenario. But yea keep telling yourself that, and I'm not saying it will be easy, just that the pack are favored and its pretty fkn obvious why

Dallas is 7-7 and in the playoff hunt.. and the Packers hadn't won there in like 25 years.. Atlanta mostly sucks, I'll give you that.

The Packers now KNOW they have the playoffs at stake, something that wasn't looking good even last week vs Atlanta. Coming off that huge win at Dallas I can't see them laying an egg at home vs an ok Pittsburgh team with little to play for.

You remember the Bears-Rams a few weeks ago? That's what 40% of a stadium sounds like. Since opposing fans are normally more dedicated (since they have to travel, the more dedicated fans come), the noise for each side should be about even in a 60-40 stadium.

I've never seen a Bears-Packers game where Pack fans were 1/5 as loud as Bears fans.

It's laughable hyperbole that deserves to get called out for the horseshit that it is.

Thats just a figure I estimated, it was a hell of a lot more than 10% I know that much. Anyways whatever it is it obviously hasn't hurt rodgers from spanking the bears there :laugh3:

I think the Steelers are actually still mathematically in it but barely. They will try their best.
