I come from cattle country. You can get un out of town for putting anything other than salt and pepper on a steak.
Order it more than medium rare - run like hell!

I put Nolan Ryan steak seasoning on my steak. In my childhood, I idolized him as an iron man and great pitcher. In my adulthood, idolize him while I grill. LOL, I wish I wasn't being serious but it's good seasoning. I should get him to autograph a bottle.

I'd take a mushroom burger right now. Stuck in a hotel watching Typhoon Goni go by. Can't do anything really - except wait. Should be gone tomorrow. Tried to get some pictures but the drapes beat me to death.....

I usually try a bunch of different seasoning on steak when I get some that aren't good for anything but beef tips.
