Dolphins have beaten the Bills and Ravens but they definitely have the hardest road.

Jags rolled the Chargers earlier in the season but lost to the Chiefs. Chiefs won three straight against the Chargers. All close. Also lost three straight against against the Bengals. All close.

Bengals probably playing better than anyone. Ravens are a really tough draw considering.

I'd say any team can get there except Miami and Jacksonville. I picked Cinci in the preseason but this definitely broke in a way where the Chiefs or Chargers could sneak in. Chiefs/Chargers, Buf/Miami, and Cinci/Balt all potentially knocking out divisional rivals feels right.

I doubt any other Special Teams will lay an egg like the Pats did today so the Bills won't score that way but it is hard to pick against the Bills right now

Bills is the darling team but they will have hands full against Chiefs and Bengals, if they can beat Ravens 2 times in a row, at home.

Chiefs will be the odds on favorite with the bye. But they are a bit too dependent on the QB carrying them for my liking as opposed to Buffalo and Cincy; despite the rest of the Chiefs roster doing a bit better as of late as opposed to the Mahomes show early in the season. Leaning Buffalo, but in a vacuum you could pick any of the top 3 pretty reasonably.

Low-key the big issue with the Chiefs is that you can pass rush their tackles pretty easily. That's the type of thing that hurts more in the postseason than regular season

Bengals.

Think they have the defense and the swagger.

Keep in mind, the Chiefs only get the bye. If the Bills and Chiefs meet, it'll be at neutral field.
you know before the injury I was leaning towards the Bills. Who was also my preseason pick for Super bowl. Since they are the ones with a capable defense when it is needed.
But after the injury. That is a month's worth of emotional victories. That wears on players. Think that little bit of wear on the team tips the "lean" towards the Chiefs.
but I wasnt thinking about the neutral site. Good call.

OR it provides more motivation.

The Bills lost two straight games and had that awful snow storm, and they went on to win 7 straight games and went 4-0 within their division.

At least the last four Super Bowl champions had to deal with serious adversity throughout the season. Remember the Rams? They lost three straight games. The Bucs had to win out in order to make the playoffs. The Chiefs lost Mahomes to injury.
