I personally think it is between Boise St and UTEP...

Slight edge to Boise...slight.

Tulane looked pretty solid so far. They may not be the best, but they could be a team to watch out for. Fritz may have leave for greener pastures.

You trying to get @Deep Creek 's attention?

The current front runners based on the early polls would seem to be Boise St., Army, Memphis, BYU, and App St.

2 true road wins . Wins over multiple ( 3 ) expected bowl teams including s road win over a current top 25 team. It's a better resume than Boise or Memphis . As of right now you'd have to say SMU based on results . Could easily change though

Boise has also beaten 3 expected bowl eligible teams.

Also, Boise winning @ FSU is more impressive than SMU winning @ TCU. TCU won't be ranked tomorrow, and as you know, gameday rankings are irrelevant.

I'd have to disagree . I think TCU will end up the better win but if you think otherwise that explains why you'd say Boise . SMU also has an extra road win right now to help . It's close but i still give then the edge for now . Obviously if both end up unbeaten Boise will end with the better resume
