So we do this thing at work where we all predict the score each week of every Husker Football game and whoever is closest to being correct wins.

But there's a catch.

Everyone puts in $10 before each week.....every one who wants to compete that is. The winner then gets big cash at the end of each week and bragging rights of course.

We could do this via Paypal. I know this would require some of you to create Paypal accounts, but it takes no time at all and all you need is a bank account.

So who has balls?

I know I do. Pitch in $10 a week? Go for the big bucks? Anyone?

I might play an NCAA Tournament pool for $10 through some buddies, but doing a weekly routine on an anonomous message board doesn't excite me.

No. It just doesn't intrigue me. I would stand a lot better chance of winning a football pickems than an NCAA basketball tournament bracket. The difference is the tournament is a one time a year thing, the other is a weekly thing. I might consider participating on a bowl pickems.

That is another aspect of it. It's not like just throwing $10 bucks into a pool.

I used to play $10 NFL "30 pools" weekly at a bar I used to go to.
Each week you were assigned a team and if that team scored exactly 30 points you won. If nobody won, the prize was added to the next weeks games. The pot would reach $900 a few times. I loved playing that shit. But it was different in that it was run out of the bar and was done in cash.

I do already have a paypal acct, but don't care to use it for that.
