Who do you want in the 1st round?

i dont think its going to matter for Vancouver. I would love LA or Calgary (though Kipper scares me going in hot) either way you have to go through the strongest teams to get to the end goal. the canucks the last 2 years faced good opponents but not really of the highest calibre then faced the Hawks. facing adversity in the first round is good once you overcome it but its a long haul.

I would like LA first. without their top scorers, their depth will be tested. Jack Johnson can be targeted.
The series last year would not have been as close if not for that crazy run of powerplay success (which i don't think can be repeated)

Part of me wants Chicago first, just to exercise those demons and get it out of the way.
Ponnicks would be OK too, as there is no shootout in the playoffs.

I don't want the Ducks. I think we can beat them, but they can do damage. Emery has been playing much better than I expected as well, could make it a longer series.

Well if they definitely do get in, we'll either be playing Philly or Washington. Out of those two i think i would rather play Washington.

LA, Phoenix, Nashville. I don't want to see Anuslime or Chicago in the first round. I wouldn't be too broken up with Calgary but I wouldn't be excited to see them either. I would rank them a little behind Nashville.
