Now that our season is effectively over :L I'm in full draft mode:yahoo: Who do you think your team should draft in respect to where you stand in the pecking order?
I'll take with our 2 first rounders a QB/WR combo of;

Manziel/Evans
or
Boyd/Watkins

Johnny Manziel!!!!

OK, just kidding...I'd never draft a Hiesmann trophy winner as they usually don't pan out very well.

Whomever the best DT is available. Right now we're having trouble stopping the run and need a big Coke machine over the center. So, whomever the next Casey Hampton is.

Louis Nix III - NT from Notre Dame is a beast projected around the 8-15 range. Thats right where you might end up.

We need WR help. I wish we could get Sammy Watkins, but we would have to trade way up to do that.

I don't follow College Football very much, so I know very few of the players. The Seahawks could use an upgrade at guard, and if there's a great DT where we pick that be great, too. Our run defense is good, but not yet elite; and we could use more interior pass rush, too.

win the trenches & win the game.
I want the cowboys to draft in the trenches!
Don't want flashy picks. (although a decent safety would be nice)

Lions needs going into next season should be RT, TE, WR, LB, C, And CB. Maybe Eric Ebron, Jordan Matthews, or Antonio Richardson in the first depending on where we pick.

Bills need Oline first and foremost preferably a tackle. After that a Corner. What I dont want the Bills to do is reach on a player like they always end up doing. Just draft the best guy on the board.

Almost impossible to say for the Cowboys. I expect a lot of cuts being made and before that happens it's tough to say where the biggest weakness will be but the front 7 on D really needs some depth. I could see Hatcher walking so D Line would probably be my pick.

The 'Boys are in trouble.

There's a few questions you have to ask before you decide who to draft.

Do you fire Jason Garrett? Monte Kiffen? Both? Neither?

In short, will the offense or defense change during the offseason?

Do you draft a QB this year since it's a rich class and you can develop one for the future or wait till next year?

You're injured on defense...do you try to fill some holes there?

Personally, I think Jerruh is going to draft Johnny Manziel out of Texas A&M. First it's a hell of a PR move. That generates money and that, more than anything else, is what Jerruh is all about. Second, he's got a great arm, great speed, etc. He has to mature a bit, though but he wouldn't be a bad pick for you guys.

Round 1. Jace Amaro TE Texas Tech or Eric Ebron TE North Carolina
Round 2. Timothy Trainor, he should be able to help Gronk.

1st. rd board in order

1. Evans, WR TXAM, imo the best WR prospect in this draft
2. Amaro, TE TXTech, new hybrid TE can stretch the field
3. Ebron, TE, NC, ditto
4. Allen Robinson, WR Penn St....I think we can trade back into the 20s and get him
5. Hageman, DT/DE MIN...if I thought Robinson would fall to us in the 2nd round I would take him in the 1st.

I like Hageman from MIN but not to play NT...I think he projects well as a DE in the current scheme or a 4-3 DT.

But...we really can't afford to take a true NT like Nix from ND. These hardcore bloggers have wised me up...LeBeau had been in nickel or dime almost 70% of the snaps...this was happening at the end of Hampton's career also...he was a 1 or 2 down player at most...can't afford to spend a top 10 pick on a 2 down player.
