but as far as a "working" truck goes, a tundra would be just fine.
Probably
But you never see that.

Were they white trash car shows? I can see a bunch of rednecks drooling over that shitty looking "truck"Shutup, Shitstain. The truck isn't ugly. I know this because it has won "Best in Show" more than once. That's an award given to the vehicle voted by those who came as the best looking vehicle at the show.
You must really be jealous having to drive that sissy vehicle you drive you little pimply faced, no pussy getting, shitstain.
Were they white trash car shows?
But you can haul at least 3 whole bags of trash to the dump with a Tacoma!

For those of us that have work to do, a Tundra is not tough enough.
For those that are "working"...well maybe.
I welded new rocker panels in with my son, grind, bondo sand, wetsand, tried to blend the paint in my driveway but it did't come out that good, so we did this.

coolI had a 6v92TA Detriot diesel engine in the bed of that truck on a shipping stand.. a tundra probably would have folded in half.
How do you know? Who the fuck are you?
because 'Murrica!I build water treatment facilities and hydro dams and have been in and around serious work with serious and less than serious trucks for 35 years.
That's how I know and who I am.
There is a real reason that there are more Fords on construction sites and used by more utilities than any other.
Toyota does build a fine vehicle, all of them. Corolla to Tundra, and all Lexuses too.
But if it needs to be worked, if there is a job to be done, Ford.
I wonder if Ford gives American companies a discount for buying white, baseline trucks to work with.

but seriously, I wonder if Ford gives American companies a discount for buying white, baseline trucks to work with.
I doubt Toyota even bothers with that build.
I'd buy a new F150 if I needed something that big. As of now, my Tacoma is the perfect size for what I need it for. I am all about practicality.
