Hawaii - WAC to MWC
Massachusetts - FCS (CAA) to MAC
Nevada - WAC to MWC
South Alabama - FCS Independent to Sun Belt
Texas State - FCS (Southland) to WAC
Texas-San Antonio (UTSA) - FCS (Southland) to WAC

* Hawaii will be in the Big West in other sports
* Massachusetts joins the MAC only in football.

In terms of FBS newcomers I think South Alabama in the Sun Belt will do best.

Almost no reasoning behind my choices, just gut feelings considering I know nothing about any of those programs.
